Jobs at Akkroo

Our Culture & Values

  • Make an impact
  • Use judgement
  • Be curious & innovate
  • Build trust
  • Embrace the journey

We seek people who closely share in these five values (chosen by our team) and apply them carefully in their own life and work.

Skills, ability & impact

We’re a small team and we often take an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ approach to business decisions, so we love considerate team players with lots of initiative.

If you’ve got experience, that’s great. If you don't have experience, yet you’re an enthusiast and learn quickly, that’s great too.

Working in a startup presents a huge variety of challenges and exciting opportunities not available in a ‘normal job’. If you’re a positive, motivated person and care about everything you do, let’s talk :)

Hiring process

We post our newest opportunities on this web page. Sign up for emails if you’d prefer to be notified by email.

When you apply, you’ll be asked to share your motivations and reasons for applying as well as any prior experience.

We will generally arrange a first stage chat (face to face, over video or phone) and ask you to take part in some form of job-specific task before any final meeting and a hiring decision is made. Please make sure you read the job spec carefully to check for any key requirements.
